電池系統(tǒng)的HAZOP Part1

NHTSA 的“Automotive Electronics Reliability Research Program”項(xiàng)目里面有一個(gè)有關(guān)評(píng)估和分析車(chē)載里電池兄臺(tái)那個(gè)危害的項(xiàng)目,采用了兩種方法,里面有一些內(nèi)容作為結(jié)果部分,值得我們參考下的。
 
1)危害與可操作性分析(HAZOP)Hazard and Operability Analysis 
 
2)系統(tǒng)理論過(guò)程分析(STAP)System Theoretic Process Analysis,
 
 
整個(gè)操作步驟,大家做這塊的比較熟,直接從 HAZOP 的結(jié)果來(lái)看。
 
1)系統(tǒng)功能框圖
這里采用了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)圖,來(lái)表征電池系統(tǒng)的功能,控制層次和內(nèi)部組件的交互過(guò)程。其組件的交互。
 
 
電池系統(tǒng)的功能定義:
 
充電功能(包含快充、慢充和能量回收)Accepts and stores HV electrical energy from both on-board and off-board chargers Accepts and stores electrical energy from the vehicle systems during regenerative braking
 
 
Delivers HV electrical energy to the vehicle's high-voltage DC bus
 
 
Provides a HV connect/disconnect system between the battery pack and the rest of the vehicle
 

 

 
Provides a high-voltage interlock safety system
 
 
Provides thermal management of the battery cells
 
 
Provides pressure equalization within the battery pack (與電子系統(tǒng)無(wú)關(guān))
 
Provides a battery pack protection against the environment and damage due to mechanical impact or thermal events(與電子系統(tǒng)無(wú)關(guān))
 
Provides management (estimation and control) of the battery pack state of charge (SOC)
 
 
Balances battery cell voltage
 
 
Monitors moisture condensation within the battery pack
 
備注:這個(gè)一般 BMS 沒(méi)有這個(gè)功能,而且凝露和霜凍是在電池模組以及電子系統(tǒng)絕緣考慮的范疇
 
Estimates battery state of health(NA)
 
備注:SOH 不在功能安全
 
Stores appropriate data(NA)
 
電流檢測(cè) Measures the electrical current into and out of the battery pack
 
 
絕緣檢測(cè) Monitors DC ground fault (HV Isolation) through high-voltage interlock
 

 

 
Monitors battery pack voltage
 
備注:在這個(gè)更多的是把 Pack 的內(nèi)測(cè)電壓和外側(cè)電壓需要做分類(lèi)
 
 
監(jiān)控電流 Monitors battery pack current
 
 
 
Monitors battery pack temperature
 
 
 
Monitors battery pack condensation
 
Detects ground faults
 
 
Provides a control system for the management of the RESS and its interfaces
 
 
 
Controls HV contactors
 
 
Controls battery pack charging, on and off board
 
 
Controls battery pack discharge (vehicle load management)
 
Controls battery pack regenerative charging
 
Manages faults (diagnostics)
 
 
Communicates with other vehicle systems and allows communications between the components of the RESS for status signals, control signals, and diagnostics
